Yoyoyo

I realise I have been into 4 successive years of damn zai classes.

First it was 1D and 2D. Though our results were one of the lower ends but our class spirit is always on a all time high. I bet if you put us together for another yr or so the results would have pulled up lah.

3B and 4B just simply rocks lah, pls. Class CD owns. Ahahah. First time I hear it, it sounded terrible. Second time I hear it, it sounded funny. Third time I hear it, it really got into my brain.

Ahahaha. How lucky I have been man.

Friday, there was CAPE. I was the examiner for promotion to the rank of CPL. My test was the last one to end. I wasn't very well prepared anyway.

Lokelf and Kala came to rearrange everything in the NP room. I think the change was kinda welcomed. Tancw held a training review. And had lots of logistics issues for Felix to settle.

Later, went to KAP and was irritated by fantaisoon's antics. Nvm.

I'm going to have SI interview on coming Friday. And I'm going to kill SoonDayan if he kope my SI rank (: Nahh, only kill figuratively. Hahah.

I'm targeting BUC too. Though I know I wouldn't possibly get it. Unless Soondy snatch my SI rank. So, I wouldn't kill anyone if I don't get BUC. (:

I haven't compiled the results for CPL CAPE. I'm going to do it anyway.

This was the end of NP on Friday.

Saturday, NTUC had this Used Textkbook Project Appreciation Lunch thing.

Woke up at 920 to meet the others at 940 downstairs. Took bus to Downtown East before stoning outside the (how i missed it) green tent.

Certificates and awards and all. Ate the lunch. Then the dunman people and hc people were mutual daoing. So I just played along. -.-

After that, I daoed myself. I wasn't in the best of mood. Don't ask me cuz I don't know why.

And it kinda lasted for the whole day.

Sit one side, listen to mp3, read tuesday with morrie. SO unlike me.

Later all the girls ran away. For a reason or another. So the group of HC guy went cini.

Arcade. It was fun. Saw a group of ahlians coming. One went to time crisis should like champion in shooting com, the other went to para para machine. I thought had performance to watch. Then disappointed me -.- I thought some para para queen going to action again. Hah.

LAN. Counterstrike was fun. Xiang jing is pro. And I'm not good with AWP.

Junwen and geneve came to cini after their stuff ended. Ate dinner at the foodcourt.

Later they came over to my house.

Spammed my room. 2 rounds of Mahjong. And 2-0 to Liverpool.

They went off. I packed stuff. I watched soccer. I talked on the phone.

I went to sleep. And Saturday ended like this.

Reflect about life third.

I think I have changed. (:

I have learnt not to make friends with everyone.

But I dont bear grudges.

People come and go by in your life.

And I appreciate everyone's presence.

Hold on to what you can, before you lose them eventually.

Subjective to if it is for the better or the worse.

Screwing Sec 4 Up? No way.

Hello world.

Haha, thanks to all who came, tagged and encouraged me at the tagboard (:

To yiding, marcus, felix, aubrey, linky, jasper, lihui and everyone and anyone else, a big thankyou.

And for yiding's "where is my passion", I think I found my passion in npcc. Lol. You may laugh but nvm. Lol, thanks marcus. I know you dont mean to be sarcastic but i just like to poke into every matter in np, because i just feel feel like i hv a responsiblity for it. Yup.

But I guess Sec 4 life is going downhill for me currently. Maths is a total screw. Differentiation is a total question mark for me. I get nothing can. Nothing. And it's going so fast in class, I think I would just screw maths for the rest of the yr.

However, at the same time, I think i realise i'm a person who is more interested in the qualitative stuff, the humans stuff. I find more courage to stand up and express myself in class. Or maybe i'm just giving myself an excuse to say that I'm becoming a humans instead of a science person. And an excuse to screw up math this yr.

But, no. I shall not screw maths. I have all-round excellence to work towards to. How can I let MSG, grades for project work or CIP hours be a barrier to me. I used to own them all in my previous years. Project work has always been my strength. Lol. Nahh, starting to sound abit arrogant already. Maybe not the best, but I guess at least abv average lah (:

The only possible barrier could be the 'strong leadership' criteria. If I gonna missed it because of that, I concede defeat. But, I'm not going to let the other stuff end at Sec 3. I'm going to continue to own them this yr. How to, I don't know. Maybe I would figure it out along the way.

It's 1030 and I typed for like 10 minutes. I wanted to post something abt High School Council actually. And a question which I would like to ask. But no time now, so..

Uhh life sucks I tell you. I have been so busy with np matters that I did not even do my homework over the weekend. Damn it. So much for the promotion tests.

And I realised my composition skills (both el and cl) has deteriorated so much that I think I write like a p6 kid now.

Actually I have been keeping track of my life, with hp pics so yea. I'm gonna blast all in a post some time later.

Oh yah, and I was working on a blog template when I finally gave up and did np stuff instead. The current blog song (the life's a struggle thing by song yue ting) doesn't suit my blog template. So I shall just keep it for the future. Jay chou's Tui Hou for now.

MR HON, MAN AND HIS IDEA

And that came from our new Maths teacher during the first lesson. Hahah, damn funny can. Later she continued asking things like "You know how to use online chs right?" when we had been using since Sec 1. Lol. Great way to start the math year with the new teacher lah.

That 4th Jan, btw. While most of the other schools were having orientations, activities and other random stuff, our lessons HAVE started. Own not. But at least I was recovering from the post-holidays sian-sian mood. Things seemed to have picked up a little. Hopes it gets better eh.

5th Jan. Hahha 5th Jan is a rather fun day. First off, I went to school on a pick-up truck. Sitting beind somemore. How cool is that. Literally damn cooling lah. I bet I took in like donno how much of carbon monoxide and stuff. Life shortened by quite a bit. The wind was damn strong so my hair was like screwed. Hahhah.

Nothing much for the day. New teachers like Paul Ho and Keek. I think Paul Ho taught all that Joyce Ling tried to teach last yr in one lesson. IHC, PaulHo imba lah. Keek's rather interesting though her lessons are still sian for me cuz I'm not a physics person. And they had a dumb rule of only allowing us to turn on the aircon after 10am.

So new towerblock classroom.

Later that was just cca all the way. First training of the year. A new start. And thanks (to be taken sarcastically) dayan for allowing me to have the honour to be the parade commander for the 1st muster parade of 2007. WTH lah. I almost screwed everything up can. Luckily the pledge came to my mind like errr oxygen go into my red blood cells. NO LINK, hahah but I dont care.

So today, change squads to take. Now I'm taking sec3 squad. First time. Had loads of admin stuff so eat up a lot of training time. So I ended up calculating and calculating and replaninng the time for all activities that were supposed to be covered that day. Was rather fun taking the sec3s, though my voice is now rather hoarse. And I think I have a different approach to the squad from erm other ncos, or jasper maybe. But uhh the main point is the objectives are met, the method of meeting that objective is what differs in there.

Later had training review meeting which I say is a very gd idea to review the training for the day and set out other objectives. Which dragged and dragged cuz we had a long time getting our dinner ordered, serverd and eaten. But anyway that's how the day ended uhh.

I just happen to blogsurf a bit via cyrilting's blog and found some other blogs here and there. And realise the sec3s do have a big ambition for themselves in NP. Do well in their department and be a NCO and be a staff sergeant and things as such. It's rather fast that the days past by. When things seem to have settled rather down for us finally, it's around 2/5 of our exco term gone.

Feeling down is for a while, bouncing back is what it matters. Putting in the effort is the key, but NOT looking at what you can gain out of it. I think the Sec 3s can do it.

I guess the mindset I had was brought in due to entering the exco early as a Unit Webmaster. Put in all the effort, but I don't really expect much back in return. Is this no commitment, no purpose or just no amibition? It's really rather weird asking some stuff now.

And I had this evenlope which was supposed to RG! RG! NP yeaa. But I think either they print wrongly or they reused, they used it to send us by letter.

But anyways, now I'm freaking tired and I have piled what i have to do this weekend in front of me now. Lol. Wake up later to do lah. 3am alr.

BACK TO SCHOOL

I shall make the post short because I need to get some sleep soon before I die out on the first schooling day.

I wasn't actually looking much forward towards today during the holidays, not because I was suffering from any post-holdiay syndrome but I was just reluctant to go school. When TODAY finally came, it turned out to be kinda boring.

Settled the normal class admin stuff today, voted the new cmc and stuff yea. Had our new form teacher eh, Mrs Seck. Is this retribution? Hahah. I think some of us were saying that this is a retribution for how we treated Clement Yew. True eh, if we didn't treat him so badly last year he would definitely have still been our form teacher and we could have been looking forward to a year of fun, instead of now. Lol. But since she's new, guess we don't know her well enough but Celment Yew is just too nice. It's so 'legendary', you can't find anyone near to him lah.

Had too much time to waste in the afternoon so I went to KAP with some NP mates. Went home later lah. Oh yah, at popular, I met this auntie who volunteered to lend me her Popular Card for no apparent reason. Just turned around all of a sudden while queuing and ask me if I had the card. I said no, and she took our hers and let me use. Hahah, so nice eh? 出门遇贵人 lah.

Saw a few other people today like errrr sharon from ny np. The HC np people should know who is that right. Taisoon should know. Hahah. Weird eh, normally is mutually dao them one, why today everyone wave at each other. Lol.

I shall post my (holiday) worklist. So that the whole world can remind me about my uncompleted work. Or rather I can remind myself lah. ZzZzz.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007 !

NEW YEAR EVE

So how did I spend my new year eve ehh. UTP OUTING (AGAIN) lor. My holidays are filled with utp outings can. Thanks to Taisoon and Marcus, calling random people out at random timings what a random dec holiday it has been.

But anyway, I was grounded at home till like 4pm plus. Took bus to alicia's house to visit alicia. Met up with other people (geneve, jasper, marcus, lincoln, taisoon, grace, dorothy, eldwin and of course alicia lah, duh her house eh) I guess I missed out loads of fun before that, the crapping and stuff. Oh yah, and I realised there was a straight bus from my house to alicia's house. Hah.

After we left alicia's house, GENEVE and JASPER had to go off. Grace too. Then we were left with linky, eldwin, taisoon, marcus, me and dorothy. Wasted some time trying to get junwen to come but she just want to camp at home for some random reason -.- At least dorothy was nice enough to come along eh. (SEE THAT NOT. I SAY YOU NICE EH. =OO I thought 2007's resolution was not to lie. okay nvm, hahah)

Didn't know taisoon stayed at 2nd floor all along. But anyway, his room was damn blue to much of Dorothy's delight. Then we had the MAHJONG TABLE out, the tiles out and were playing. Hahah. Pictures pictures.

I look like some mahjong pro eh. Why do i look so black?!

Was just mahjong-ing all the way. We were all mahjong noobs, so the game was damn slow and kinda confusing. I picked up quite alot from the net and from eldwin along the way so now I know the rules much better now. Hahah. Four guys playing mahjong. One guy chatting on msn at the com. And one dorothy stoning. Fun right. Hahah.

Then we started random playing songs with our phones started with eldwin then i played. And random singing too. =O To our HORROR, dorothy sing quite well leh. (The previous line was werid but nvm) And the guys sing quite well too leh. Got someone compliment ah. Hahahah.

Later we bored of mahjong alr we went downstairs to play soccer a random shelter. That was really STREET soccer man. Paired with lincoln to quite perfection with taisoon sliding and flying towards me very threateningly every now and then. Eldwin was good too. Roll the ball into the goal, niao me and lincoln eh. Lol. Oh yah and dorothy was trying to get lincoln to do a split cuz she just realised linky knows wushu. Lincoln refuses fervently. (lol how did that word come to my mind?) Ehh, I played not bad eh. 个子小小还满敏捷的eh. Hahahah.

Then after that we went to coffeeshop nearby to grab something to drink when dorothy had to go home uhh. Later ended up with 5 guys lah. Went back to taisoon's house for countdown where most interesting things happen like.

Marcus FOREVER stuck on com for some reason.

Eldwin FOREVER stuck on phone for some other reason.

But we had fun later lah. After watching and commenting how pathetic singapore countdown parties are cuz they always try to be like those angmoh countries and get high like I rmb one 'LOOK WHO'S HERE? EDMUND CHEW IN THE HOUSE!!' then the crowd response was half dead. But later we were high ourselves singing chinese new year songs -.-

Mahjong game had to drag to 1230 and later went off to take mrt to realise there was no more bus service. Alighted at ang mo kio, and took taxi home with the taxi driver talking to me all the way from the moment i boarded to the moment i alighted from the taxi. I was still talking to him when I was about to close the taxidoor and leave.

NEW YEAR 2007

How I spent the new year. Slept through the morning. Woke up at 1030/++. And went on msn to discuss where to watch deathnote2 ehh. Then in e end went vivo to watch with lydia eh.

'Deathnote2 is a brilliant show.' Literally brilliant lah. The plot and the people. Uhh, no need to be afraid cuz no spoilers here. (:

Went to walk around vivo and spotted some stuff like a pirates-of-the-carribean-like-ship and christmas trees when new year's alr over (: Hahah.
