You know the ironic thing about blog is that it is an online diary. You don't really want to know what you got to say in the diary. Yet, it's published online and everyone sees it. Then it looks as if you say stuff for people to see. So (quote huihua) aa (aka attract attention). Lol. But I shall be me and this goes on.

The limelight isn't for me. Really.

I don't wanna be remembered as the person who tanked bsp camp and 13slc. And keep going around telling the whole world about it. (so stop it, jiahong. don't be irritating. lol.) I don't want to compare the two, because they give me two quite different experiences.

So for slc,

13slc has ended. On quite a high note actually.

As usual, I was super duper high during the finale. All the part about cutting performances when 10 minutes is up is crap. Total crap. I was so ________ at one time, that I went to the media tech room and told them to 'NOT CUT MY CONSORTIUM'S PERFORMANCE, I TELL YOU' And if anyone remembers the small person in the facs t-shirt who went jumping about the auditorium, it's gonna be me. The performances were good, they were funky. But regret to say, the audience wasn't exactly high. On the other hand, the facs were super duper high. 自high in a sense. That wasn't really good though.

I wasn't really attached to the slc this year. In fact, I wasn't really attached to the 12th or 13th after my 11slc. The feeling is just so different. Maybe the only things that I might remember are the people (my group mates in 12slc, 13slc, and the 13slc facs). I don't really feel so much for the convention. The only one that can STILL make me on the brink of tears is the 11slc finale powerpoint. I have been to 3 years of slc.

I gonna admit the slc facs are a bunch of fun people. But I didn't really get to know most of the people. That's quite sad. Probably, some people don't really like me. That's even sadder. Probably, some people don't even remember who I am. That's the saddest. Hahaha, but nvm. Actually I was quite disappointed last friday, that was one day before the finale. We were practising the fac performance, when the 5 hc guys kena ostracised when we told/informed/recommend/persuaded/whatever-you-call-it to drop the mass dance. Ohh that owns. Who cares. I was thinking 'I can't believe the first and only thing I did for 13slc facs is to design the fac shirt that everyone is wearing.' And I read that in my mind for at least 20 times. Oh yeah. 'No one probably remembers that point.' Nobody probably remembers I coined the phrase 'FACS UNITE! ' too. Awww. That's so sad. Self-pity dont get you anywhere. But I'm still proud of myself. That red shirt everyone is wearing comes from me. Hahahah, it doesn't matter you know it or not, because it still comes from me. Mwhahah. Anyway, I made some friends among the facs too. Yes, I did.

Oh yeah, and remus's positivity really impresses me. It's really to the extreme. I don't know how he can be always so positive, forever-smiling, despite whatever that happens to him. This is really one of the things i gotta learn eh.

As a facilitator for my team, I'm proud of my team. I think it owns, seriously. Action paper, one of the best I have seen. The consortium assmeblies and stuff. It's not always the same one or two people talking, but instead it's all of them discussing, strategizing, going out to speak. It's academic, it's boring. But they carried on, and they did well! I'm so proud of my team. And I never forgot about them. At any time during the finale, I was always with the team - in mind or in person. You guys know it! xD But anyway, Lustitia owns! (:

Political involvement rocks too!

For me, 13slc was a mix of new and old. New, as facilitator. Old, to be involved in it for 3 yrs.

This year marks my final year in slc. I have seen it grown throughout the years. I would say it's a convention worth going. Go SLC!

BSP CAMP,

I think we really got a bunch of funky people in da house.

Owns lah.

All the effort I put in. It's worth it, I tell you again. It's worth it.

But don't spoil it for me, please.

NPCC,

I shall blog about np another time. Was on the way home in 156 with lincoln, when we started talking about our 4 years npcc life, the synergy within our squad, the ongoings of the unit, the past, what lies ahead and all.

It's a refreshing and rather reflective chat. Shall post about it another time.
